Cs41h-16,CS41H-16C,CS41-25,CS41-40 free floating ball type steam trap: The valve body is made of cast iron (CS41H-16) and carbon steel (CS41H-16C, CS41-25, CS41-40). It is used for steam heating equipment, steam pipe network and connected water recovery system. It can quickly, automatically, continuously remove condensate, effectively prevent steam leakage. Working principle: Free ball float steam trap using the buoyancy principle, floating ball based on what the condensation water, along with the change of water level for lifting, automatically adjust the opening of the seat hole, continuous discharge condensate, when the water stop, float down to the bottom of the back to the closed position, drainage stops, the seat due to drainage hole is always below the condensation water, formation water, water, natural gas separation, Achieve no vapor leakage. Product features: (1) Energy expansion saturated condensate, receipt equipment does not contain water accumulation, so as to obtain the highest heating efficiency. (2) when the steam pressure changes, it is not affected, and the continuous working performance is stable (3) leakage is small and unstable, and the advanced grinding process is used to manufacture the floating ball with high precision, good sealing performance, (4) automatic air exhaust performance.
