The product description

The U41S flange plunger valve is composed of body, bonnet, stem, plunger, hole stand, tight ring, handwheel and other parts (as shown). When the handwheel rotates, the plunger is driven by the valve stem to reciprocate in the middle of the hole frame to complete the opening and closing function of the valve. In the valve between the plunger and the seal ring with interference, by adjusting the flange bolt in the gland, the sealing ring compression products of the lateral force and the valve body hole surface and the outer circle seal, so as to ensure the sealing of the valve, eliminate the internal leakage, at the same time the valve opening moment is small, can realize the rapid opening and closing of the valve. Because the sealing ring adopts the non-toxic new sealing material with strong resilience and high magic resistance, it has the ability to withstand long-term high temperature and high pressure without losing elasticity, so the sealing performance is reliable and durable.
