Product description

Forged steel ball valves are mainly used in various high-pressure medium transmission pipelines in chemical, metallurgical, petroleum, pharmaceutical and other industries. The main design features of forged steel ball valves are: full diameter / reduced diameter; 90 degree positioning and locking structure; Special form of "Y" head handle; Fire protection and anti-static design; A pair of opposite butterfly springs; Anti blow out valve rod; Double sealing structure in the middle of valve stem; Seal the bonnet with bolts, threaded gaskets.

Standard for forged steel ball valve products
1. The design and manufacture shall be in accordance with API6D;
2. The structure length shall be in accordance with ANSI bi6.10;
3. Connecting flange: ANSI bi6.5mss-sp44;
4. Valve inspection and test shall be conducted as per API std.598;
5. Socket ends in accordance with ASME B16.11;
6. Threaded ends (NPT) in accordance with ANSI / ASME b1.20.1
