Product description

The electric V-type regulating ball valve is equipped with SX series actuator without additional servo amplifier. It can control the operation and adjust the parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature and liquid level by inputting (4 ~ 20mADC or 1-5vdc) signal and single-phase power supply. The valve core is provided with a V-shaped notch, which rotates relative to the hard sealing valve to generate shear force, which can cut off the fiber and prevent jamming. It has the characteristics of circulation capacity, high adjustment precision, large adjustable ratio, good sealing, light weight and so on. It is suitable for most field separation and combination except small diameter, angle and tee connection. It is a product instead of imported products. It is especially suitable for the adjustment of mud, media containing fiber and media containing micro solid suspended solids. It is widely used in automatic control systems in paper industry, sugar industry, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industries.

Product features

1. The imported German technology has the advantages of simple structure, light weight and low material cost. It is more economical than the straight stroke regulating valve with the same circulation capacity.

2. The integral valve body without any pipe joint is not affected by pipe or bolt stress, and since the valve body has no pipe joint, the pressure housing will not be affected by the "sudden change" of pressure.

3. The valve seat used for leak proof has a stainless steel inner core PTFE cup or O-ring at its outer diameter. The valve seat is made of tungsten cobalt cemented carbide with large section, which is made of an alloy, and the structure of the valve seat is further enhanced by an alloy corrugated spring.

4. It has a V-shaped valve body, which can ensure the accuracy of control in the whole range even in the case of small flow or high viscosity medium.

5. When the valve is closed, wedge-shaped shear action is generated between the V-notch and the valve seat, and it has self-cleaning function, which can prevent the ball core from jamming. It is especially suitable for pipeline scaling and freezing, fluid containing fiber, slurry fluid, high viscosity fluid, fluid control occasions containing polymer, particle, crystal and so on.
